The oil that we produce comes from our olive trees, the olive grove covers about 13 acres along the hills that descend to the plains. The oil has a characteristic strong flavor, which is mitigated by the scents of the sea.
Great to taste with garlic bread and wine, for salads and for cooking; gives each dish a rich taste and full-bodied.
